mysql> grant all privileges on DBNAME.* to USERNAME@localhost identified by 'PASSWORD';
mysql> grant all privileges on DBNAME.* to USERNAME@"%" identified by 'PASSWORD';
mysql> flush privileges;


--all DB
mysql> grant all privileges on *.* to USERNAME@localhost identified by 'PASSWORD';

Delete User
